A sunday ride

Yesterday we (me+my husband+my 5 year old son) put our bikes on the car and drove to Aterro do Flamengo. Our plans were exercising while we had fun with our  boy!

Aterro, as cariocas usually call it, it is a Park where, on sundays, people usually go for a bike ride, skateboarding, run or walk , and many families have picnics. It is a nice place to enjoy a sunny sunday like yesterday.

We rode through the bike ways of Parque do Flamengo enjoying the view of Guanabara Bay, stopping by some spots for photos and ended our journey having lunch on famous Porcãos Rio’s, in my opinion the best “churrascaria”  in Rio (churrascaria= brazilian steak house).

If you happen to be in Rio, on a sunny day, visit Aterro, I’m sure you’re gonna like it!

Have a nice week!
