This is my interpretation for this week’s “Word a Week challenge: ornate”. I love those little details in the facade of a building or house which turn something simple into special. The first two photos were taken in  my last visit to Morro da Conceição, Rio de Janeiro and the third one was taken in my last visit in Casa de Rui Barbosa, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. The last photo isn’t a simple building, but the majestic facade of Metropolitan Museum, last april, when I was visiting my sister in New York.
