A day in Paraty

On our mini vacation in the green coast of Rio de Janeiro state in the end of november we spend one day visiting Paraty. It was not enought as Paraty has so much to see and to experiment.

But that’s all we had and although the lack of time we enjoyed the most that we could.

My kid was not very enthusiastic about visiting Paraty, but as soon as we got there and he found other children in one of the squares he started to relax and enjoyed our day as much as me and my husband did.

We walked the streets, enjoying the beautiful and historical buildings, and looking around the arts and crafts stores (not as much as I would like to), had lunch in a island, the Kontiki Restaurante (I will dedicate one special post for this lunch soon) and took a thousand photos.

It was a great day, and I just ended willing for more.

I hope we can come back soon. Meanwhile I will keep good memories of the time we had there looking to those photos.
